Dr. Easter graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and has been passionately treating patients on the Eastside for the last thirteen years. Prior to her studies at Bastyr, Dr. Easter earned a bachelors degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Washington. Her background in science attracted her to the rigorous natural medicine program at Bastyr University.
Dr. Easter’s interest include digestive health, thyroid disorders, women’s health and menopause, skin disorders, and more recently mold toxicity and mast cell activation disorders. Dr. Easter recently moved her practice to the border of Kent-Covington and is the owner of Lake Meridian Healing Arts. She is currently taking new patients and is excited to meet you.
In her free time, Dr. Easter enjoys cooking, gardening and skiing. Her happy place is sitting next to a campfire by the Ohanapecosh river at Mt. Rainier National Park with her family.
Dr. Sanchez graduated from National University of Natural Medicine, (formerly known as National College of Naturopathic Medicine), in Portland, OR in 2001 with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine after completing her undergraduate degree in Biology in Denver, CO in 1996.
Dr. Sanchez grew up in Denver and started her first practice there while teaching college courses in health and nutrition. She has always taken to heart the principle of Doctor as Teacher when working with her patients and believes that education is a powerful component in empowering people to make the changes they need to optimize their health.
Her interests include digestive disorders, brain health, heart health, diabetes and insulin resistance, autoimmune disorders, thyroid and adrenal health, hormone imbalance, and medically directed fasting
When not in the office, you can usually find her out on long walks, on a boat out on the water, or volunteering to help rescue and rehabilitate marine mammals.
Dr. Gardner graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Port Orange, FL. She started her career treating patients in Sarasota, FL. Being from the great Pacific Northwest, she always wanted to move back. After the birth of her son, Dr. Gardner and her husband moved back up to WA to be closer to their family. Prior to her chiropractic studies, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with two minors in Psychology and Neuroscience. She also continued her post-doctorate education with over 300 hours in functional neurology.
Dr. Gardner specializes in blending specific fascial manipulation therapy with corrective exercises unique to you and your condition. She has a passion for helping her patients improve their overall quality of life by applying evidence based clinical practices to identify and treat the root causes of musculoskeletal conditions, often expediating their pain mitigation and recovery time in as little as three visits. As a mom, she enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum women, but enjoys working with all musculoskeletal conditions. She joined the Airrosti family in February 2020 and started working with Dr. Easter at Lake Meridian Healing Arts in August 2020. She is currently taking new patients and looks forward to helping you meet your pain free movement or injury resolution goals.
Dr. Gardner’s hobbies include SCUBA diving, and AKC agility with her Shiba Inu, Yuna. She also enjoys cooking, baking and hiking with her family. There is nothing better than diving in the deep blue waters with colorful fish or eating lunch atop of a mountain, overlooking a beautiful lake with your loved ones.
Alyssa recently graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She’s excited to help others find a healthy balance with food and lifestyle, while still being able to enjoy life. Understanding everyone is unique, Alyssa has an individualized approach when working with clients to create realistic and informed decisions to fit their lifestyle. Alyssa has a passion for helping individuals find the root cause of their symptoms, improving digestion and supporting immune health.
Alyssa is a new mom and loving this next chapter in her life. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside any chance she can get. Traveling, cooking, yoga and working in her garden are a few other ways Alyssa enjoys spending her spare time.
